Ltd. to disclose and release anytime to any party all or any information or documents pertaining to this application or pertaining to particulars and affairs (Financial or otherwise), my accounts or any other information whether current or future or in its absolute discretion deem necessary to expedient. I express consent to such disclosure and conform and declare that no further consent from me is necessary or requested in relation to Rootveda Wellness Pvt. Ltd. should be under no liability for disclosing such information and I further undertake to ratify all or any act done by Rootveda Wellness Pvt. Ltd. pursuant to my consent and authorization given herein and to release Rootveda Wellness Pvt. Ltd. from all responsibilities and liabilities in connection with or arising from such disclosures.
